Dr. Anupam Basu holds Doctoral degrees, and completed his postdoctoral research at the University of New Mexico, USA. With nearly three decades of research experience in molecular biology, he has served as Associate Director at BRIC – National Institute of Biomedical Genomics, India.
His research focuses on genomics-based diagnostics for monogenic and rare genetic disorders, hematopoietic stem cell biology, drug discovery, and thalassemia and hemoglobinopathy. He is also actively involved in cancer immunology research.
Prof. Basu currently serves as Professor In-Charge, Department of Molecular Biology and Human Genetics, and Professor of Zoology at The University of Burdwan.

Dr. Koushik Ray holds an MBA in International Marketing and a Doctoral degree in Business Management, bringing over 25 years of techno-commercial experience in the medical diagnostics and biotechnology industry. His expertise spans business development, biotech sales and marketing, channel management, and customer relationship management across leading healthcare organizations.
He is also the Founder and Director of CPL Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd., a company specializing in diagnostic solutions.
At GenoClimics Pvt. Ltd., he serves as Executive Director, overseeing external funding, investment management, and strategic business planning. He plays a key role in driving the company’s growth strategy, partnership development, and implementation of genomics-based business initiatives.

Dr. Prosanto Chowdhury holds an MBBS degree, a Postgraduate Diploma in Maternal and Child Health, an MSc in Haemoglobinopathy from University College London (UCL), and an MPhil in Regenerative Medicine and Translational Science.
With nearly 20 years of experience in , regenerative medicine, and stem cell management, he currently serves as Director and Laboratory Director at Cordlife Sciences India Pvt. Ltd., a leading organization in the stem cell banking and biotechnology sector.
He is actively engaged as a consultant in haemoglobinopathy and thalassemia diagnostics across several clinical institutions. His ongoing research focuses on hematopoietic stem cell maturation, cell-based therapies, and drug development for genetic blood disorders.

Dr. Nibedita Mitra holds Doctoral degree, with her Ph.D. research focused on identifying alternative molecular pathways responsible for the clinical variability of thalassemia.
Her expertise spans multi-omics data analysis, genomic and transcriptomic profiling, and molecular biology research. She has extensive experience integrating bioinformatics and wet-lab approaches to explore disease mechanisms and molecular diagnostics.
