Prof. Anupam Basu. Chairman and Founder

He holds M.Sc., M.Phil., and Doctoral degrees, and completed his postdoctoral research at the University of New Mexico, USA. With nearly 30 years of research experience in academic institutions, he has also served as Associate Director at the premier institute BRIC – National Institute of Biomedical Genomics, India. His current research focuses on genomics-based diagnostics for monogenic and rare disorders, multi-omics investigations, hematopoietic stem cell maturation, and drug discovery, Thalassemia and hemoglobinopathy. He is also actively involved in research on cancer immunology and cancer genomics.
Presently, he is affiliated with the Department of Molecular Biology and Human Genetics as Professor In-Charge, and also serves as Professor of Zoology at The University of Burdwan.
At GenoClimics, he serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors, responsible for overall strategy, planning, and  oversee implementation.

He holds an MBA in International Marketing and Doctoral degree in Business management. He has nearly more than 25 years of  Techno-commercial experiences  in the area of Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Channel  Management and Customer Relationship Management with reputed  organizations in the Medical Diagnostics Industry. He is also the founder and  Director of CPL Diagnostics Pvt Ltd. 

At  GenoClimics  as  an  executive director, responsible  for external  fund and investment  management with  business strategy and planing  along with  overall company mangment, planning,and  implementation. 

He holds an MBBS degree, a Postgraduate Diploma in Maternal and Child Health, an MSc in Haemoglobinopathy from University College London (UCL), and an MPhil in Regenerative Medicine and Translational Science. With nearly 20 years of industry experience and , Operations in the stem cell banking industry. Currenlty he is affiliated with Director  and laboratory Director of    Cordlife Sciences India Pvt. Ltd.  He is also actively involved as a consultant in Haemoglobinopathy and Thalassemia at various clinical institutions.He is also currently invoved in the research focuses  on Hematopoetic stem cell maturattion and drug devolpment.
At GenoClimics, as director responsible for clinical research strategy, planning, and implementation of  all clinical and diagnostic services. 

 She holds an M.Sc. and a Doctoral degree, with her Ph.D. research focused on identifying alternative molecular pathways responsible for the different clinical types of thalassemia.
She has specialized expertise in omics-based data analysis, alongside strong experience in molecular biology and laboratory research.
As a founding shareholder of GenoCliMics, she is responsible for public relations, project proposal for  research and development, and  training services portfolio.   

He holds an M.Sc. and completed his Ph.D. research with a focus on NGS-based diagnostics and targeted gene panel development  for  detection of CNV and SNVs for Thalssemia.
He has specialized expertise in genomic data analysis, along with experience in structural genetics  based  laboratory research.
As a founding shareholder of GenoClimics, he is responsible for  the diagnostics and training services portfolio. 

He holds an M.Sc. and  pursuing research on rare disprders and NGS based daignosis .
